Move the mouse to catch falling toys with Eddy´s backpack. Click the left mouse to empty Eddy´s backpack in the toy box. Useless junk counts as items but will make you lose money. The more toys you get in the backpack, the more difficult it will be to stay balanced. Dropping more toys in the toy box at once will give you a combo bonus.
